This is a blog about how I found the Zpoint process and used it to heal years of stress, illness and unhappiness.
Zpoint is a very simple yet powerful method that will help you improve many aspects of your life. The closest thing to liken it to is meditation, you are guided through the process while your subconscious mind does the work of clearing out any thoughts or feelings that do not serve you.
Never heard of it, right? Zpoint was only born in the mind of , it’s Canadian creator, Grant Connolly, 8 years ago, so it’s taking it’s time to get round the world….but it will.
Many of our difficulties are due to old patterns, memories and beliefs we have stored in our subconscious mind; they may have been formed many years ago yet they still run our lives, just below the level of our normal awareness. The ZPoint process is a new way to work with both the conscious and the subconscious minds; it is not hypnotic and not a trance, you could use the programme while you were out walking.
Other types of therapy require us to talk about the past in order to bring up the significant times where we have formed beliefs about ourselves, in ZPoint there is no need to even be aware of the past or to be clear about why you are unhappy – the subconscious will do the work for you. Often it works like psychotherapy in reverse and awareness of an old memory or the reason why you feel as you do will surface during or after the session.

Why work with me?
You can do ZPoint on your own and I have done 70% of my inner work by myself using a recording; I have found that when I do ZPoint in a class or one to one (I work online and share sessions with a friend) the process is more focussed and the clearing is deeper.
It is supportive to work with someone who has been through the process many times. I can help you get clear on what you need to release on and how to get the best out of the process, and it’s nice to have support and encouragement. When I do all my work alone I get get a little bit lost and less focussed, so if you want to make some changes fast – get the help and support.

This site is very NEW! It is my intention to make it as helpful as possible, with articles about using Zpoint and other related stuff about life in general. I am just learning the ropes of how best to serve you through the internet and I am learning fast!

I know and knew that I am happier, more relaxed than I was before working with Jane and Zpoint, but it wasn’t until I sat down and gave it some conscious thought that I realised just how different things are for me. That horrid voice in my head that told me ‘i should’ do this ‘I shouldn’t’ have done that ‘you can’t’ do that, ‘that won’t work’, all that has gone! Each day seems a new adventure, even if there isn’t anything in the diary, because I am starting each day with a carefree – PEACEFUL – mind I enjoy what comes, including the impulses and feelings as well as that which we would normally put in the ‘special occasion’ or ‘treats’ category.
